You must be 18 or older and confirm you're a qualified researcher handling these compounds in accordance with your local laws and institutional guidelines. This is confirmed via the age/research-use gate shown when you first visit the site.

Bank transfer and PayID — selectable at checkout with instructions for each. Card payments aren't available yet.

Shipping is based on the total number of vials in your order: $15 (1–3 vials), $25 (4–9), $35 (10–29), $45 (30–59), and free shipping automatically once your subtotal reaches $350. Orders of 60+ vials require a manual shipping quote — your order is still placed, and we'll follow up directly to arrange it. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm at checkout.

Every batch's COA is published on our Lab Results page, searchable by compound and batch code. Many products also link directly to their COA from the product's quick-view.

Yes, at no cost, any time before payment has been sent — use the Cancel order button in your Account page. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are handled case-by-case — contact us as soon as possible. See our Shipping & Refund Policy for full details.

Order status and tracking (once shipped) are always visible on your Account page, and you'll also receive email updates as your order progresses.
