1. Order processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Because we accept crypto, bank transfer, and Wise, confirmation times vary — crypto typically confirms within the hour, bank transfers and Wise can take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Your order status is visible in your account at all times.

2. Shipping timeframes
